ORANGEVILLE, ON - One of the key performers in Orangeville this season, will without a doubt be our latest signing, Pickering's Daniel Coke.

A midfielder by trade, Coke is a modern footballer who can play almost anywhere across the pitch. A two way player with a great engine, he brings a solid technical base, great passing range, while also being a key contributor on the defensive side of the ball. With a few seconds of time and space Daniel can punish any team and highlight any video with an absolute 'cracker' of a right foot.

Internationally, Coke carries extensive references, including being hand picked by Johnathan De Guzman to train with the academy of Italian outfit Chievo. In November 2016, he was selected by LANK for their U17 All Star Team, which lead to successful training/trials with Stuttgart FC, Freiburg FC, Mainz FC in Germany and also leading to participation in the globally recognized Mediterranean International Cup Spain, as of last year he worked with Dutch side Feyenord, Rotterdam.

We are thrilled to welcome a player who is instantly loved by teammates and staff alike. A positive, proven leader on the pitch as well as in the community. Daniel is a passionate about his volunteer work and when not on the soccer field, he takes action in helping in the community through outreach programs with youth and the homeless.
